Statement of Quality and Safety Policy

The fundamental concern of the Administration of "C. CARDASSILARIS and SONS AEVE - CARDICO" is that the products that it trades as well as the level of services that it provides to its customers are characterized by high quality and satisfy the already set specifications and the strictest and enacted criteria of safety.

This quality and safety policy is materialized with the growth and application of combined System that corresponds to the requirements of the International Model of Quality ISO 9001:2000 as well as the requirements of Article 3 of the Directive 93/43/EE that refers to the application of the system of Hazard Analysis at the Critical Points of Control in the Food Industry (HACCP) and is in accordance with the publicly acceptable enterprising practices, covering all the spectrum of the activities of the company and its relations with its customers.

The Management of the company commits itself to ensure all the resources that are necessary for the achievement of its objectives.

The personnel and the co-operators of the company commit themselves to execute their duties according to the requirements of System of Quality and Safety Management.

The Heads of Quality Management have explicit jurisdiction and organizational freedom in order to locate quality problems, to bring in, to recommend or to offer solutions and to confirm the application of these solutions.

All the departments of the company should follow their indications as far as the quality and the safety is concerned.
