Processed nuts require particular care in order to properly maintain their taste.
In the factory raw materials, initially, are kept in refrigerators where the conditions of temperature and humidity are suitable so that they maintain their initial state up to the moment of their being processed. Then they are pre-cleaned using air, sieves and destoners from the foreign bodies and afterwards their roasting in the ovens follows. We can dry or oil roast controlling completely the slating nuts.
All processed nuts are packed immediately in PROTECTED ATMOSPHERE with nitrogen that is added using controlled methods and after they have passed through METAL DETECTORS in the final stage of their packing, they are stored in controlled conditions until they are disposed to our customers.
With the help of modern equipment and processing systems that we have applied, each production is for us a lot, for which we have the complete elements
of raw materials and all the parameters of productive processes (time and temperature of roasting, humidity of products etc.) from which it has passed. Therefore,
through the process of trace ability, which conforms with our customers' requirements, but also with the Community Regulations, we can track down very fast and with
precision the lots of nuts in market and the customers that they have been allocated to.
